Starting tonight we are migrating all active accounts from BORA ( one of the US Based servers ) to new homes here on Australian servers.

(dingo) mySQL database errors

Over the past 8 hours, the database server on dingo has been failing. This resulted in sites displaying a message “Error establishing a database connection”. The source of the issue has been identified and fixed.

(gecko) Websites unreachable

The web server on gecko was non-responsive, as a result web sites were unreachable. The issue was identified though server monitoring and resolved promptly. Total impact time was 3 minutes and 15 seconds​.​

Unfortunately through the morning it was necessary to replace the existing astro server. All accounts have been moved and site specific configurations are underway.
